Is Austin's open year-round?
Austin’s is open year-round. However, hours of operation for the buffet and certain attractions vary throughout the year. Please call us at 512-670-9600, or click here for our hours before you visit for specific hours of operation.
Does Austin's allow outside food or beverage?
Apart from birthday cakes, Austin’s does not permit outside food or drinks.
Do you sell gift cards?
We do offer gift cards that can be purchased at the park. All our combo passes make great gifts and can be purchased here online.
Can I bring my pet in the building or the outside attractions?
Only certified service animals are allowed in the building or outdoor area of park.
Do your rides have height restrictions?
Some of our rides have height restrictions, which are detailed on our Rules & Requirements page.
Is there a dress code?
Yes, appropriate attire “in good taste” is required. Austin’s is a family-friendly establishment and the dress code is at the sole discretion of Management. Closed-toe shoes are also required for all Go-Karts and Rock Wall.
What happens when it rains?
In the event of rain, some attractions will close until they are safe to reopen. All inside attractions will remain open.
How old do you have to be to work at Austin's?

Almost 5,000.

Is there an admission price to enter?
There is not an admission price to enter the park – we do offer combo passes for all day passes that include entertainment and our Texas size buffet. Please check buffet hours before purchsing combo tickets, buffet operates year roound Saturday & Sunday 11am -7pm but operating times vary with seasonality. Call 512.670.9600 for more info.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Austin’s accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Sorry, no personal checks.
Does Austin’s offer discount packages for groups or birthday parties?
Yes, we offer discount packages for groups or birthday parties. Please visit the Group Party or Birthday Party pages for more details.
Do you offer coupons or Military discounts?
We do offer Military discounts. Active members of the military may show their ID and receive 10% off regular price All Park Pass.
